  Hidden gem! Great location with easy beach access and beautiful partial ocean view from the balcony. Kids love the lights in the pool and hot tub at night.   The rental was just as described. There was a full kitchen, with an unexpected combination washer and dryer. We were able to make lunch and breakfast at the rental with ease. The unit was steps from the beach, and very quiet. We loved the location! First time at 30A, and we will definitely be back. Only recommendation is a possible night light for those steps downstairs from the loft, as they can be tricky to navigate in the middle of the night. Thanks again.

  Overall, we loved our condo. The view of the beach on the balcony was nice. It had everything we needed. The condo was clean, but could use a deep cleaning(fingerprints on walls, sticky under dishwasher, and stove)

  This is a great condo in a wonderful spot. It is very clean and well appointed. The hosts were very nice and called to check on my plans before, and followed up the day of check in. The kitchen had everything I needed. The decor was nice, I loved the art scattered throughout. A very nice comfortable place.
  The location is a very easy walk to the beach. I had a 6 & 7 year old with me and they had no trouble walking there and back. I hired a chair rental, but it’s close enough that bringing chairs with me would have been fine. The site has a great pool and roomy hot tub. Definitely saved the vacation for us as we had mostly cloudy/rainy days during our visit. It’s on the third floor with lots of steps, but the elevator is very close and quick. Would definitely recommend and will keep it in mind for any future visits.

  Fabulous little condo for 2-3 people. Great location and can be on the beach in minutes. The only complaint is the Wi-fi router needs to be updated. We had constant problems getting on the Internet and using our Amazon fire stick. Other than that, i would highly recommend this quaint condo.

  Often pictures make a place look better than it really is. That is not the case with this condo. It was exactly what we were hoping to rent. There is an obstructed gulf view as in the pictures, but it's still close enough to hear the waves from the balcony! We cooked most nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a decent amount of storage considering the square footage, so we could unpack and get organized for the week. Ther setup was great for a cozy family vacation.

  It was the third year in a row we’ve stayed at Beachfront II. Perfect location close to the beach. The pool was closed for construction. They should have informed us and maybe given us a discount as well. There was no blanket for the sofabed but the property management brought one the next day. Overall we love the condo and the area.

  1 week post Michael coming ashore and stay was great. The Condo is very well stocked and clean. There was plenty of storage and the washer/dryer was the added bonus. We sat on the deck in comfortable pvc high chairs and enjoyed the view of the gulf. The red tide had hit Seagroves beach with thousands of fish on the beach and if anything good can be said of Michael, it cleared the water up. Temps had dropped from the 80’s to 70’s during our stay, but as long time visitors to Seagrove, it was all good. I hesitate to give this condo a great review (even though is most definitely is) because we’re selfish and want it to be available the next time we come down. This is a little slice of heaven. Enjoy.

  My husband and I stayed at this rental last year and we were so happy with it came back this year. The condo is super close to the beach so you can walk. And you don’t need to cross a busy road to get there.
  
  It does have a loft so if looking for a true bedroom this does not have one. It isn’t fancy but it’s clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet location. As a bonus it has a washer/dryer in the unit which comes in very handy.
