SHOPPING AND DINING ARE JUST STEPS AWAY, YOU CAN BIKE ALONG THE SCENIC 30-A CORRIDOR, ON THE DEDICATED BIKE PATH, FOR SEVENTEEN MILES AND TAKE IN THE SPECTACULAR AND CONTINUOUS CHANGING VIEWS. YOU MAY JUST WANT TO RELAX BY THE LAGOON STYLE POOL AT EMERALD HILL OR TAKE A STROLL ALONG THE SUGAR WHITE SAND BEACHES THAT SOUTH WALTON, AND SEAGROVE BEACH ARE KNOWN

  #10 is a beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. This is our second year staying at Emerald Hill. It is a wonderful property. Well maintained grounds, beautiful pool and very few steps to the beach! Candy at the rental office is awesome!

  Very nice place, everything was as advertised. One thing that caught us by surprise which was no big deal but may be for some. This place does not allow sun canopies on the beach, only umbrellas. The other thing that I didn’t live was the beach chair rental people had about 75% of the beach staked out by about 7am leaving about 40 feet of beach for everyone else.

The beach chair vendors, are not supposed to set up "ghost chairs", only chairs reserved by guest, are to be set up early in the morning. We welcome, you back as our guest in the future.

  We've stayed up and down 30A (Rosemary to Seaside) for the past 10 years and this property has a great location. You are walking distance to Bud & Alley's and the Food Trucks in Seaside (1.5 mile walk) and a very short walk to Tom Thumb, Cafe 30A, and Angelina Pizza. (0.2 miles). The condo itself was in great shape. Views from ground floor and 2nd floor are both amazing, and great walk-out balconies/patios for both. No issues with condo, never had to call maintenance or property management, although they called to check on us to make sure everything was great. We have three teenage boys and there was plenty of room. Would stay here again for sure.

  Always great to stay on 30A. Love Enerald Hill. Generally stay in 12A but a larger group went and 10 was available. Very nice. Problem had to be fixed with a leak in wall but it was cured quickly. Would stay again be back in May.
