  Every step of our booking was easy! All descriptions were true and on point. The condo was perfect and the location was awesome. Just a few Steps and you are on the sand and in the water. Pool was a very nice size as well. Very clean area.

  Our family stayed a week in July. I think the location is perfect. Beach is beautiful. Not crazy crowded like Seaside but close enough you could walk there. The property was comfortable, but the living room furniture was worn. The primary bedroom was really the highlight of comfortable and nice. Not the cleanest place as there was popcorn and a muffin wrapper on the floor in the living room and a plastic bottle cap on the rug next to the bed in the primary when we got there. There were many little maintenance issues like a broken deadbolt and hairdryer as examples. I have never stayed in a vacation condo that had nothing to at least start you in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware , pots, equipment, etc. (though not all clean) But no supplies like salt, pepper, starter coffee service, extra trash bags or toilet paper. The online description said that you "may" need to bring some of those things, but not everything... Not real convenient for folks that fly in like we did. There were some beach chairs and toys. That was nice although at least one of the chairs smelled like puke and couldn't be used. This sounds like a bad experience. It's not. Again, the location is awesome and the condo was generally comfortable. You just need to know the shortcomings to be prepared.

    Our apologies that you did not enjoy your stay. This property was gutted, and everything including the living room furniture is new, all of the furniture. All of our literature, does outline exactly what is provided, NOT just "what you may want to bring", and it is itemized. We do not leave any food items in a property, that is a huge liability, if something has been opened and used, left by a previous guest it is thrown away. That is the responsible thing to do. We do not provide coffee, or any other food items, for the same exact reason, it is a huge liability. If there is a product recall, or someone maliciously tampers with a consumable it then becomes a health hazard, and or life altering incident. Beach gear is also not provided, items left around the property do not belong to this property, again those items are not provided. Items that are provide are listed in the literature provided to each guest. We try to accommodate all needs prior to and during a guest stay. Again our apologies that your stay was not acceptable.

  Emerald Hill in Seagrove Beach is a great small condo complex. Location and maintenance of the complex are exceptional. Unit 14 which has been updated was overall a nice place to stay. The view from both floors of the ocean are amazing. The bunk room is cool for kids and the decor is well done. The master suite has a nice shower and remote control curtains. Master bed is quite firm. The biggest issues with are stay were the following. Refrigerator was not operating when we arrived. I quickly realized that the GFCI receptacle needed to be reset further down the countertop. Easy fix but took longer to get refrigerator to operational temp for our food. The unit didn’t have a broom to sweep up, another easy fix to the local Publix but still a hassle and a broom should be made available. Water faucets in some of the bathrooms are backwards (hot should be on the left and cold on the right). Cleanliness of the unit before our arrival was not ideal. Glass doors were not wiped down, old granola bar on the floor next to the worn out sofa. Dust on the picture art, and under the curtains. Deadbolt to the unit doesn’t work and storm door on the front is hard to close.

  Our group of eight (five adults, three teens) had a great week in Emerald Hills 14! Condo is nicely updated, yet comfortable, including the outdoor seating on both balconies. Large refrigerator was great for our group. Towels and initial supplies were good for our group. Condo’s washer/dryer are a big help for your beach towels, etc. Location of Emerald Hills condos is perfect, near bike and beach equipment rental, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Well-maintained, secure complex.

The only suggestion I have for the owners is that in a first class property I would think it would be appropriate to provide local television service rather than requiring the renter to subscribe to a streaming service

  Condo was nice has a few minor issues. Kitchen lights flickered a lot was the main issue. Beds were nice and slept well. Walk to the beach was easy and not a ton of steps. Location was great and beach was not busy even the week of the 4th.

  Beachfront location can’t be beat! In the quiet section of 30a but biking/walking distance to many restaurants/shops. Short flight of stairs down to beach. Views from living room and master. Unit was just renovated and not entirely finished it seemed...just missing some finishing touches (curtains, dressers, toilet paper holders). Mattress in master was rock hard BUT the management company took care of it immediately by bringing us a mattress pad. They were extremely responsive with any questions. Lighting in master was so dark. Never used the pool but it looked nice!

  Our stay at Emerald Hill #14 in Seagrove was great. We got to stay in a recently updated condo. It was very nice. We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room. The property management team was very helpful with questions we had. Will definitely stay again. Only issue was lower bedroom was stuffy, so take a fan!

  We love Seagrove and Emerald Hill. My only complaints are minor. The bedroom TV didn't work and the refrigerator has some flimsy door shelves that fell off! I'd love to see a light put over the key code on the gate to the beach. very hard to see at night.
