  Our stay at this condo was perfect! Although we couldn't see the beach from the patio, the view of the ocean was amazing! The stairs leading to the beach access were just a few steps away from the patio, which made it very convenient for us. Even though we didn't have a direct beach view, the easy access to the beach made up for it. We could hear the ocean, which made the stay even more relaxing. The management company was very friendly and professional. If we get the chance to visit Seagrove in the future, we would definitely book this place again.

  For the price, you really can't beat this location near Seaside. Only bring one car because parking is limited. Would love to see maybe a blender but it's not a dealbreaker. The internet is pretty weak so don't plan a working vacation here. But for everything else it's really affordable. The bunks are perfect for the kids!

    Thank you for your review, we checked there is a blender, it was in the bottom drawer next to the refrigerator blender in the unit. We are extremely limited with internet in this area, Mediacom is the provider, unfortunately the are the only choice, other than DSL which is extremely slow.

  If I'm going to the beach, I want to stay on the beach, and this condo was perfect! Being on the first floor allowed us to expand our living space not only onto our patio but also to the yard in front of it. We had the privacy of the hedge but could also see and hear the ocean just beyond. We had just a short walk to the stairs down to the beautiful beach, which wasn't too crowded even during spring break. I would return for the location alone! The condo itself had enough space for the four of us and was well equipped. My husband found the master bed a little hard for his taste but I found it quite comfortable! Our teen girls enjoyed the bunks but be aware it is a tight space length-wise. We really appreciated that their bathroom had enough space for their suitcases. We had an issue with the ice maker and a repair tech was sent out immediately when we called. We will return to the Palms and highly recommend!

  The condo is beautiful and the location is amazing. My boys loved the green yard in the back to play football. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that put a damper on our vacation was the horrible red tide (coughing, burning sinuses) and Hurricane Michael approaching. We booked for 3 night but left a day early. We only stayed 2 nights. We were very concerned about the hurricane and left early. We would love to come back when there is no red tide or bad weather. Very relaxing condo and quiet. Would visit again.

  Only problem with our stay was no fault of the property itself tropical storm Alberto had the water rough and double red flags were out all but 2 days of our stay so didn't get to paddle board on the ocean but we did make the short drive to western lake and paddle board for one day which was nice. Overall everything was clean and well maintained beds including pull out couch were comfortable. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. I usually choose the highest floor for the views but we really liked being able to walk out patio door and straight to the beach walk way no shoes or sandals required. Also it is very close to Seaside which was a must for us. Only improvement would be better insulation between ceilings and floors above you can hear all the footsteps above you but the patio door to the beach makes up for it.
