  This is our 2nd time staying at Pinnacle Port, we absolutely love the location. Kids love to play at the inlet and catch crabs. Shells are everywhere, I have never seen so many shell's or whole ones at that. During the summer months you don't have to wake at 5am in order to get a beach setup area, with this being the only condominium complex in the area there is plenty of beach area available. This has became our most favorite condominium in PCB out of the 15yrs we have been staying in PCB.

  We've been going to Pinnacle Port since 2010. It's not close to the more crowded area, and a quick drive to pier park, and all the good restaurants and attractions. Tower Unit 710 is where we stayed this visit. We don't believe the unit was cleaned before our arrival, as my daughter claimed the floor "seasoned her feet". The hot water in the shower downstairs doesn't work. The mirrors everywhere did make the place seem larger, but the 80's have been over for over 35 years. We'll always come back, maybe not to this unit though.

  We love Pinnacle Port. Some may say it’s a little dated but you can tell this condo is well taken care of. We love how Pinnacle Port is secluded from all the high rises leaving finding a place on the beach a breeze. You also get views of the beach and lake. This condo’s balcony is on the lake side however you can still view the beach from the windows in the kitchen and main bedroom.

  Location was clean and sufficiently supplied for our needs (2 adults). It was quiet MOST of the time. Gate staff and phone assistance was amazing. Parking took getting used to- it's first come first served so it can be tricky parking close to the door. Wifi and cell service was also awkward at best and unavailable at worst, but won't keep us from returning. Pool was great, and wonderfully heated. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Loved being close to Publix and Front Beach Road. Also grateful for emailed directions to the entrance because it can be very hard to see, and the Google directions do not lead to the entrance! ps: the unit we stayed in looks like it could use a little TLC in places, but the "issues" seemed to be mostly cosmetic and won't keep us from returning.

  Had never seen the inside of a one bedroom at Pinnacle Port. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I don't specifically like the bedroom on the entrance level and having to walk up with groceries and such, but was not as bad as I would have thought. The carpet on the stairs was a little iffy when coming back down. It made the outer edge feel like you might slip over it. I have stayed in 2 and 3 bedroom units and they all had good size kitchen areas in comparison. The 1 bedroom kitchen is really tight with a small sink. The stove in this unit could be updated, but was sufficient to work with. All in all I was pleased with the unit. The only problem we had was the lock code was invalidated prior to the 10 oclock check out. I can't believe there is such a thing that happens even at 10, but prior to that was really an issue.

  We have visited this condo several times and it is our go too rental when coming to PCB. Its roomy for me and my family of 5. We are on the beach and minutes and has everything we need. We love the gated community access and the not so crowded beach and pool. our family has room to move around in this condo and everyone isn't on top of the other and they have their own TV. The Bay balcony is awesome to watch the boaters and kayaks. We have stayed several places before but Pinnacle Port A710 Is my family fav place to be. The McCoys are awesome renters and going thru Seagrove is easy and they are there when something is needed. We will see you again Pinnacle Port, hopefully sooner than later :)

  The rental was great. We enjoyed our stay. The cordial when walking to door has a terrible smell that I had difficulty breathing until I got inside the townhouse. But as far as the townhouse and everything around it was all great. I have no complaint about anything except the hallway outside the front door of townhouse. Looking forward to staying in Jan for a few months.

It was determined the "smell", in the corridor was a cleaning agent, that was used to clean the carpet in the hallway leading to all of the units. We apologize for this unfortunate situation, the cleaning agent smell did dissipate after a time. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, and found the unit as described, that it was clean, well appointed, and a great value. The property being located at the Pinnacle Port Resort, with 24 hour security, and multiple pools, tennis courts, and many othe amenities, is a great value, and location, for family vacations.,

  The condo was nice. Great location and very easy access to the beach . Part of the blinds in the master bedroom was down and in the closet( probably courtesy of the previous gusts?) but wasn’t a problem since we were not in the room except to sleeep and bathe. The only thing I didn’t like was the kitchen was very small, but everything worked great and had plenty of everything. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella but was nice to find plenty of extras in the closet.

  This area is so nice. Beach is nice and quiet compared to other parts of PCB. Lake on one side beach on the other. Condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Comfy peaceful quick get away for a great price!

  We have stayed here once before same condo and all and totally enjoy ourselves. We are going to be making this our prime place to stay. We love how its close to town but far out of the way. The gated community and the proximity to everything. Its become the place my kids enjoy and the space in our condo is awesome. We will be back soon. The people at Sea Grove Rentals are always helpful. Definitely a family atmosphere and relaxing time. No big parties to worry about and everyone is always so nice.
