  The surrounding area-was nice. Not too far from the beach. Very quiet community. The property management was responsive to calls and emails. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned throughly. There was one wall that was very dirty. Carpet and floors look like they had not been swept. We did find two cockroaches during our stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper, one garbage bag, no dish soap, or hand soap.

  We had an absolutely amazing vacation! The rental unit was cozy and spacious all at the same time. The nature trail was such a bonus to the tennis courts and swimming pools. We loved how quiet the area is and how it's within walking distance to a shopping area and just across the street from the beach! We will definitely rent this unit again in the future!

  I'm glad I read all the details prior to staying here, so we came prepared. It is odd to pay to stay somewhere and have to bring your own toilet paper. The area was lovely but more populated/crowded than expected.
  
  It's a nice location. You can walk to the beach, but if you're carrying lots of things, there is a place someone can drop you off to make it easier. The beach and water are lovely; the public stretch of beach isn't huge, but we always found a place to set up.
  
  The tennis courts are also marked for pickle ball, and we got in a couple of games which was nice. Everything was clean: the condo, the pool, the property, and the beach.
  
  We had a nice time. Would visit again, perhaps in cooler months.

    Thank you for your review we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Each property is supplied with the following to get the guest started unit they can obtain their own. One roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 2 trash can liners for each trash receptacle. Courtesy soaps for each bathroom, and kitchen, 2 packets of automatic dishwasher detergent. All properties come with 2 towels per sleeping capacity, a kitchen sets, 5 wash clothes per bathroom.

  Very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet 2BR condo w 1-1/2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Tennis courts are directly behind this unit but their use was not an issue. Minor issue with unit which was handled immediately by the property manager. 9 minute walk to the beach, so travel light or bring a beach wagon. I

  Great location! Great two-story townhouse with everything you need for a week-long stay! Very, very clean and neat! Main bathroom upstairs is two parts with a door in between the shower/toilet and the sink so two people can be in there at the same time. It's not the Taj Mahal but if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it! We will definitely be back! Candy at Seagrove rentals is awesome!

  A very nice townhouse with everything you could need for a beach getaway. Easy check in and can’t say enough good things about Candie and the staff at Seagrove on the Beach. It is a good walk to the beach but the pool and tennis courts were out our back door!! Excellent price and nice location for people who don’t want to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Will absolutely recommend it to our friends and family!

  The condo was in good and the location is off of the highway so you dont hear the traffic. There's a nice nature trail close by as well. It is located right next to the tennis courts which is next to the pool. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

  We had a wonderful time staying at Cassine Gardens # 271 in spite of Hurricane Sally dcausing several inches of rain during our stay. We enjoyed our nice condo, riding bikes, eating at local restaurants and walking on the beach during the days when the weather was nice which was 4 days of our 7 days there.

  We really enjoyed our stay at 271 Cassine Gardens. The condo is quaint, close to the beach, and well equipped. We always enjoy staying at this condo as this is the third time we have stayed there. The only small complaint we have is that the Wifi had to be rebooted in order for it to work, but this was done Monday morning after our Saturday arrival and the Wifi worked well the rest of the week.

  Very nice place to say the least. Very quite as well! We had a wonderful time and experience there. The air went out during our 3rd night stay, they had someone come out immediately to fix! The only complaint we had, was it was definitely about a 20 minute walk to get to the beach- we have kids so that was difficult. If the kids weren’t with us, I’d say it would have been a whole lot easier. Other than that I give this place a 10/10!
