  Overall the condo was fine and worked well for us during our stay. When we arrived there was a strong smell of smoke, the managers sent an air purifier which seemed to help quickly, and the condo was not as clean as I would have expected. The internet wasn’t working, but the company was sent to repair it the same day. There were just some things with the unit that I would have hoped to not have to deal with given the price point, but the management did their best to remedy everything.
  
  We walked over to the playground area a couple of times and twice the kids couldn’t play as the area was covered in food and trash. It seemed like a group had used the grills nearby and then threw their leftover food and trash all over the playground.
  
  The location was terrific and the beaches were great, my family had a fantastic time and will be back again next year.

    We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, when the unit was inspected, and passed inspecti0ion, there was not a smoke smell, the inspector is very thorough, and is a non smoker. not sure where the smoke smell was coming from, we checked with the previous guest, they were all non smokers as well. We have no control over the play ground, or any of the common areas, apologies, that this happened, we would have definitely reported this to the onsite management company that controls the common areas, pools/playgrounds/tennis courts etc. Again, we are glad that your stay was enjoyable, and look forward to your next stay with us.

  Our daughter graduated from college on 5/14, headed to PPB1-506 on 5/17. The condo was great for 4 adults. Plenty of space, clean, and ocean view was fabulous. Candy, was very helpful on some questions that I needed answered; very friendly! Riptides were for the whole week so we made good use of the pools. Thelma & Louise pool food was a bit overpriced for what they have on the menu, but was good for a quick snack.

  The view was, of course, spectacular. The beds were comfortable. Both bedrooms were equally equipped, having two bedrooms with private bath and both having queen bed. So staying with my dad there was not fight over the "master bedroom"...
  
  The key-pad entry was also convenient; not having carry your keys when going for a walk on the beach.

For us the coffee make was broken and a storm the first night knocked out the wifi. On both situations the management was prompt in correcting.
