  Hope you don't plan on sleeping while here; these are the worst bedside have slept on. Springs poking in bed. Bring your own trash bags and toilet paper. The unit is out of date and not cleaned. There was dust everywhere and the master bath toilet was dirty. We love area but was disappointed in condo.

All of our properties pass a rigorous inspection process, or we do not allow a guest to check in. If you have pictures please email those to us. Each property is supplied with soaps, toilet tissue, automatic dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. It is explicitly explained in writing what is provided to the guest, must be signed prior to arrival, that they have read, and understand what they signed, which is where the provided items are listed.   Overall the condo was fine and worked well for us during our stay. When we arrived there was a strong smell of smoke, the managers sent an air purifier which seemed to help quickly, and the condo was not as clean as I would have expected. The internet wasn’t working, but the company was sent to repair it the same day. There were just some things with the unit that I would have hoped to not have to deal with given the price point, but the management did their best to remedy everything.
  
  We walked over to the playground area a couple of times and twice the kids couldn’t play as the area was covered in food and trash. It seemed like a group had used the grills nearby and then threw their leftover food and trash all over the playground.
  
  The location was terrific and the beaches were great, my family had a fantastic time and will be back again next year.

    We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, when the unit was inspected, and passed inspecti0ion, there was not a smoke smell, the inspector is very thorough, and is a non smoker. not sure where the smoke smell was coming from, we checked with the previous guest, they were all non smokers as well. We have no control over the play ground, or any of the common areas, apologies, that this happened, we would have definitely reported this to the onsite management company that controls the common areas, pools/playgrounds/tennis courts etc. Again, we are glad that your stay was enjoyable, and look forward to your next stay with us.

  Our daughter graduated from college on 5/14, headed to PPB1-506 on 5/17. The condo was great for 4 adults. Plenty of space, clean, and ocean view was fabulous. Candy, was very helpful on some questions that I needed answered; very friendly! Riptides were for the whole week so we made good use of the pools. Thelma & Louise pool food was a bit overpriced for what they have on the menu, but was good for a quick snack.

  We had a wonderful winter vacation at Pinnacle Port. This is our 7th year vacationing in Panama City Beach and our 5 th year at Pinnacle Port. Our rental experience through Seagrove on the Beach was great. They provide a 5 star service.

  Cannot say enough great things about our stay here. When you're away from home there's always hiccups that are bound to happen. For us the coffee make was broken and a storm the first night knocked out the wifi. On both situations the management was prompt in correcting. The view is awesome - from the balcony all you see is beach and ocean. Very quiet, and allowed us to re-charge our batteries. Will definitely be back!

  A very nice location, accommodations were good, beachfront, everything neat and clean. The only problem was the kitchen sink stopped up and the elevator was not working after a storm. It was fixed in a timely manner and all was well.
